The popularity of this summer’s Selection Whisky Barrel Cab Merlot was overwhelming! Although we were fortunate enough to be able to fulfill all of our pre-orders for this wine, many of you weren’t able to experience this phenomenal wine. After working closely with winemakers and suppliers, Winexpert and Just Fine Wine are pleased to announce that NEW Selection Whisky Barrel Cabernet Syrah will be available October 2nd for a limited time only.
This ruby coloured wine has aromas of spicy black fruit and toasted oak. Dark cherry, plum and blackberry flavours along with notes of wood spice and vanilla, imparted from the whisky oak, lead to a long, smooth finish. If you are a fan of the current trend of whisky barrel aged wine, this wine is for you. If it turns out half as good as the Whisky Barrel Cab/Merlot, you’re in for a treat!
Selection Whisky Barrel Cabernet Syrah is available in limited quantities and will be available at Just Fine Wine beginning October 2nd. Ready in only 6-8 weeks and producing 23L (approximately thirty 750ml bottles) of finished wine, both wines are priced at $190 On-Premise or $135 Kit-Only.
